Piriteze Hayfever & Allergy Tablets - 14 Tablets

Piriteze Hayfever & Allergy Tablets are used for the treatment of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis (hay fever) and chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives). They contain the antihistamine cetirizine hydrochloride, which helps control allergy symptoms caused by pollen, pet allergies, skin allergies, mould spores, and house and dust mites. By blocking the effects of histamine, Piriteze helps reduce common allergy symptoms and provides effective relief during periods of allergen exposure.

How to Use

Adults and children aged 12 years and over:
Take one tablet once daily.

Children aged 6 to 12 years:
Take half a tablet twice daily.

Not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
Do not exceed the stated dose.

Caution

Do not take Piriteze if:

• The child is under the age of 6.
• You are allergic to cetirizine or any of the other ingredients.
• You are breastfeeding.

Take care when using Piriteze if:

• You are pregnant or planning to become pregnant – seek advice from a doctor or pharmacist.
• You are driving or operating machinery, as this medicine may cause drowsiness in some people.

Ingredients

Cetirizine Hydrochloride 10 mg per tablet. Microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, hypromellose (E464), macrogol 4000, titanium dioxide (E171), polydextrose.

Side Effects

This medicine may cause drowsiness. If affected, do not drive or operate machinery.
Possible side effects include dizziness, tiredness, headache, restlessness, sore throat, dry mouth, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, nausea, and runny nose.
If you experience severe side effects, stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice.
