Covonia All-in-One Chesty Cough, Cold & Flu Relief

Guaifenesin is an expectorant that loosens phlegm and cetylpyridinium chloride is an antiseptic to ease tickly sore throats. The medicine provides short-term relief of cold and flu symptoms, including aches and pains, headache, blocked nose, tickly sore throat, and chesty coughs.

The active ingredients per 20ml are:

• Paracetamol 1000mg
• Phenylephrine hydrochloride 12.18mg
• Guaifenesin 200mg
• Cetylpyridinium chloride 3mg

Also contains:

sorbitol (E420), liquid maltitol, propylene glycol (E1520), colours (E104,E131) and ethanol.

For oral administration.

It is important to shake the bottle for at least 10 seconds before use.

Adults, the elderly, and children over the age of 16 years:

20ml up to four times daily

Children 12-16 years:

15ml up to four times daily

• Leave at least 4hrs between doses
• Do not take more than four doses in 24hrs
• Do not give to children under 12 years unless your doctor tells you 
• Always use the measuring cup which is supplied with the pack. 

Covonia ALL-IN-ONE Chesty Cough, Cold & Flu Relief Oral Solution is not suitable for long-term use.

Always use the measuring cup supplied with the pack.

Paracetamol should be used with care in patients with severe renal or hepatic impairment. The hazard of overdose is greater than for those with non–cirrhotic alcoholic liver disease.

Do not take with other cold or decongestant medicines or any other paracetamol-containing products.

Talk to a doctor at once if you or your child take too much of this medicine even if you feel well.
