About SimplyMeds Online

Pharmacies are regulated by government bodies which ensure they are operating legitimately and are authentic pharmacies. The GPHC is the governing body which regulates pharmacies in the UK. SimplyMeds Online is registered with the GPHC.

Simply Meds Online uses a Pharmacist Independent Prescriber to prescribe treatments online. Our prescriber is Parvinder Sagoo (GPHC No. 2080055). Parvinder is a UK based prescriber residing in Essex.

 If you are ordering a treatment from our website you do not need a prescription. Simply select the treatment you require, complete the online consultation and place your order. Our prescriber will assess whether your answers meet the criteria and your order will be processed, dispensed and delivered to you.

If you have a private prescription for a treatment that we do not prescribe online, we can help and get it dispensed it for you. Simply email a photo of your prescription with your request to [email protected] and one of our team will check if your prescription is valid, if we can supply the treatments and how much it will cost.

Placing an order

To place an order for Pharmacy Shop items simply select the product/treatment you require and add it to your basket. Some items are Pharmacy lines which require a short consultation before placing your order.

To place an order for Prescription Treatments, you will need to sign up and create a patient account. You can register as a new customer here: https://www.simplymedsonline.co.uk/login.html. Once you have created an account you can select the treatment you require, complete the consultation and place your order.

To place an order for an Emergency Medicine, create an account, complete your consultation and upload evidence. This can be a copy of an NHS or Private prescription, a repeat prescription copy, a hospital letter, a copy of your medical record, a picture of your labelled box or any other evidence you think may be relevant. This is mandatory and we will not be able to make a supply without it. Checkout and place your order which will be reviewed by the prescriber. 

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the United States of America.

To create an account and use SimplyMeds Online you must be 18 years old. There will be an age verification process when placing your orders.

Buying prescription medication on behalf of a minor is also prohibited.

Checks are carried out against the details you provide on your account including you Full Name, Date of Birth and Address.

Any order placed on SimplyMeds Online must be placed by the patient themselves. You cannot order treatments for other patients without their consent or knowledge or through your own account.

Depending on the treatments you are ordering yes you can. Some treatments may interact with each other which could cause harmful side effects. If you place more than one order our prescriber will assess whether you are safe to use these medications together.

To cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible so we can cancel your order. Orders are dispatched at 3:30pm Monday-Friday and 11am on Saturday’s. After this time you cannot cancel your order.

Medications and Products

As a pharmacy registered with the GPHC, SimplyMeds Online is licenced to dispense approved medicines in the UK.

All medicines have batch numbers, expiry dates and product licence numbers displayed on their packaging. You can cross-reference these numbers with the numbers displayed on the tablet blisters/tube/inhaler/etc to see if they match.

It’s a good idea to keep you doctor in the loop of which medicines you are taking so they have an up-to-date record of your medical health. You can request this when completing your order and we can contact your doctor if we need to.

If you are ordering Asthma treatments from SimplyMeds we highly recommend that you inform your doctor. Although you can order from us, your doctor should know your usage to assess your conditions better. Due to new regulations, the amount of asthma treatment that can be prescribed at one time has changed.

You can take your unwanted medicines to your local GP surgery or pharmacy for disposal.

 Most side effects are outlined in the patient information leaflet supplied with every medication. Common side effects are manageable and should disappear over time. If side effects persist or get worse contact customer services who will be able to advise you further.
If you have any concerns regarding side effects or symptoms of an allergic reaction at any point, or have been experiencing symptoms for a long period of time, please stop taking the medication and seek medical attention as soon as possible.

Delivery

We currently deliver our full range of products and treatments to the United Kingdom and Ireland only.

 

  • Most orders are delivered within 3 days of dispatch, so if an order is dispatched on a Monday, it is generally delivered by Thursday.
  • All orders placed before 3:30pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
  • All orders placed before 11am on Saturday’s will be dispatched the same day.
  • All orders placed after 3:30pm on weekday’s and 11am on Saturday’s will be dispatched the next working day. Sunday does not count as a working day.
  • If you need your order urgently you can select one of our express delivery options.

We offer Free Standard Delivery on all prescription treatment orders to delivery addresses in the UK. Free Standard Delivery is also applied to pharmacy shop orders over £30.

For express delivery there will be additional charges depending on which service you select.

We do not offer free delivery on international orders.

All of our deliveries are in non-branded packaging. The contents are hidden and the pharmacy branding is not applied to the packaging. No one can tell what is inside the parcel or find out where it has come from without opening the parcel.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow customers to collect from us directly.
We do offer a same-day delivery service in London and parts of Essex if you need your order urgently.

If you have selected an express delivery service you will have a tracking number with your dispatch notice. You can track your order using that tracking number.

Return and Exchange

Generic medications are produced by many different manufacturers and specific brands are not always available. Unless specifically specified prior to placing your order, we will supply the brand we currently have in stock. The pictured product is not specifically the product that you will receive and is only for illustrative purposes.
If your order was dispensed incorrectly, we will send the correct treatment with a returns parcel to return the wrongly dispensed item. 

Due to UK laws and regulations, prescription medicines cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund once they have been dispatched for delivery. If you no longer require the treatment please take it to your doctor surgery or your local pharmacy to have it disposed safely.

Please contact customer services as soon as possible if your order has arrived opened or damaged.

Payments

Yes you can! However we can't accept it for all products. Products containing CBD, Codeine (e.g. Solpadeine) and Tiger Balm cannot be bought using PayPal. They can still be purchased by all other card methods.

No, we do not store any customer payment card details on our system.

Payments made to us will appear as ‘Online Express Medicines’ on your bank statement.
