How To Use

For easy breathing and to moisturise the nasal lining:
Keep the head straight and gently insert the nozzle into the nostril.
Spray once or twice in each nostril and allow the spray to take effect.
Clear the nostrils by blowing gently to remove congestion.
Use 2 to 6 times a day for as long as needed or as long as your doctor recommends.
