How do I use Sterimar Breathe Easy Daily 100ml Solution?

For easy breathing and to moisturise the nasal lining:

• Keep the head straight, and gently insert the nozzle in the nostril.
• Spray once or twice in each nostril and wait for the spray to take effect. Clear the nostrils by blowing gently to remove congestion.
• Use 2 to 6 times a day for as long as needed or as long as your doctor recommends.
