Pirinase Hayfever Relief Nasal Spray provides all-day relief from common hay fever symptoms, including watery eyes, itchy eyes, itchy nose, runny nose, nasal congestion and sneezing. It works directly in the nose, where hay fever symptoms start, helping to reduce inflammation and relieve discomfort at the source.

Pirinase Hayfever Relief for Adults 0.05% Nasal Spray is used once daily and can help relieve hay fever symptoms for up to 24 hours. It is suitable for adults aged 18 years and over. If symptoms do not improve after using the spray for seven days, you should consult your doctor.

How to Use

Shake gently before use. Use only in the nose.

Adults aged 18 years and over:

• Usual dose: 2 sprays into each nostril once daily.
• If symptoms improve, use 1 spray into each nostril once daily.

Children:

• Not for use in children under 18 years.

Do not use more than 2 sprays in each nostril in one day.
Do not use continuously for more than 1 month without consulting your doctor.

Caution

Do not use if you are taking medicines for HIV.
Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding without consulting your doctor.
Consult your doctor if symptoms have not improved after 7 days of use.
Do not store above 30°C.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Ingredients

Fluticasone propionate, Dextrose (anhydrous), Microcrystalline, Cellulose, Carboxymethylcellulose sodium, Polysorbate 80, Purified water, Dilute hydrochloric acid, Preservatives: Benzalkonium chloride, Phenylethylalcohol.

Side Effects

Very common (may affect more than 1 in 10 people):

• Nose bleeds.

Common (may affect up to 1 in 10 people):

• Headache.
• Unpleasant taste or smell.
• Dryness or irritation in the nose or throat.

Very rare (may affect up to 1 in 10,000 people):

• Allergic reactions, including rash, swelling of the mouth or face, or difficulty breathing.
• Eye problems such as pain.
• Nasal problems such as pain and/or persistent bleeding.

Frequency not known:

• Blurred vision.
• Sores in the nose.

Other reported side effects include sneezing after using the spray, which usually stops quickly. Using Pirinase Hayfever Once Daily at higher doses or for prolonged periods may increase the risk of infections.
