Cialis Together is a PDE-5 inhibitor type medicine used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It works by relaxing blood vessels in the penis, increasing blood flow into it and allowing men to attain and maintain an erection more readily.

How long does Cialis Together take to work?

Cialis Together takes 30-60 minutes to work and can last up to 36 hours. Swallow whole with a glass of water 30-60 minutes before having sex. The medication can take up to 60 minutes to take full effect. Avoid drinking alcohol or eating fatty foods before taking as they can make the medicine less effective.

How often can I take Cialis Together?

You should only take 1 tablet a day. If the dose does not work for you, if you feel you need a higher dose, you will need to obtain this on prescription.

Cialis Together side effects

Common side effects of Cialis Together include:

• headache
• blocked or runny nose
• flushes (skin turning red and feeling hot)
• indigestion
• sore muscles
• Uncommon side effects of Cialis Together include:
• elevated (fast) heart rate
• high or low blood pressure
• blood in the urine
• tinnitus (a ringing sound in the ears)
• palpitations (the feeling of an irregular heartbeat)
• priapism (an erection that won't go away)
• blurred vision
• pain in the eyes
• sweating
• loss of breath or difficulty breathing
• nose bleeds
• dizziness
• nausea (feeling sick), vomiting, or stomach pains
• a rash
• fatigue (tiredness)
• chest pain

These side effects should go away in a few days, but if they do not, or they become unmanageable, you should speak to your doctor.

You should see a doctor straight away if you experience any of the following after taking Cialis Together:

• loss of vision
• chest pain
• a painful erection which doesn’t go away
• a seizure 

You may not be able to take Cialis if you're also taking:

• nitrates, e.g., isosorbide mononitrate, glyceryl trinitrate, amyl nitrate (“poppers”)
• certain antibiotics (such as erythromycin)
• antifungals, (such as ketoconazole or itraconazole)
• antivirals (such as ritonavir or saquinavir)
• alpha-blockers (such as tamsulosin, doxazosin, or alfuzosin)
• other erectile dysfunction medications (such as Viagra or regular Cialis)
• You may also not be able to take Cialis if you have:
• Peyronie's disease (a curved penis)
• a heart condition
• previously had a stroke
• certain visual/eye conditions
• kidney or liver disease
• sickle cell anaemia
• multiple myeloma
• leukaemia

Ingredients

Each film-coated tablet contains 10mg of tadalafil. Contains lactose. See leaflet for further information.

Tablet core: lactose monohydrate (see end of section 2), croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium laurilsulfate, magnesium stearate.

Film-coat: lactose monohydrate, hypromellose, triacetin, titanium dioxide (E171), iron oxide yellow (E172), talc.

Keep out of sight and reach of children. Store in original packaging in order to protect from moisture. Do not store above 30°C.
