Why Should I Stop Smoking At Christmas?

Choosing a time to stop smoking is difficult because life gets in the way.  We are reaching the end of the year which is always a good time to reflect on the past and anticipate the future.  People try to give up after New Year but and fail miserably along with not going to the gym and not going on a diet.

Christmas is a time where we spend time with our families and meet friends.  It may also be a good time to stop smoking simply because it is an inconvenient habit to have.
