Pirinase Allergy Nasal Spray is an intranasal corticosteroid containing fluticasone propionate, which has an anti-inflammatory action to help control allergic reactions. It is used to relieve symptoms caused by hay fever, pet hair, dust mites, mould spores, and other airborne allergens.
The spray works directly in the nose to reduce inflammation, helping to relieve sneezing, nasal congestion, itchy or watery eyes, and a runny or itchy nose. With regular once-daily use, it can provide relief for up to 24 hours.

Adults aged 18 years and over:
2 sprays into each nostril once daily, preferably in the morning. In some cases, up to 2 sprays into each nostril twice daily may be required.
Children under 18 years:
Not to be used.
Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 4 sprays in each nostril.
Not suitable for anyone under 18 years of age.
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

It is an aqueous spray
Active ingredient: 0.05% w/w fluticasone propionate (50 micrograms per spray).
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl-cellulose, dextrose, polysorbate 80, purified water, and dilute hydrochloric acid.
