FLEXISEQ is a gel specifically formulated to combat joint pain associated with osteoarthritis. Using it twice a day can start to bring about real improvement in joint pain in just two days.

"FLEXISEQ contains powerful Sequessome Technology®, a drug-free, sustainable approach to joint pain and stiffness, clinically proven to treat osteoarthritis as effectively as a prescription painkiller" - Flexiseq Webpage

What is Flexiseq?

Flexiseq is a topical gel which works by penetrating into the synovial fluid between the bones, restoring some of the lubricating properties lost through the breakdown of cartilage in the affected joint. This breakdown of cartilage is responsible for the pain and restrictive movement associated with osteoarthritis.

What are the benefits of using Flexiseq?

It can help ease the pain and stiffness in your joints safely and drug-free. It doesnt have the same stomach related side effects that are commonly associated with osteoarthritis drug treatments. It can be used alongside other osteoarthritis treatment safely and is suitable for all osteoarthritis patients.

 Is it available on prescription?

Flexiseq is classed as a medical device and is not included in the relevant section of the Drug Tariff. Therefore cannot be prescribed on NHS prescriptions.

How to Use

How to use:

• Apply gel twice a day to the affected joint. It is recommended that you apply FLEXISEQ in the morning and at night to skin that is clean and dry.

• Use enough gel to evenly cover the whole joint.

• It is important to allow FLEXISEQ to dry before covering. Failure to do so may impair the absorption of the product. The gel should dry after no more than 15 minutes. If drying time takes longer, use a reduced amount the following time.

Side Effects

Who should not use Flexiseq?

Anybody with skin lesions or any dermatological conditions in the treatment area should not use Flexiseq as its safety and efficacy has not been tested in such individuals. Also patients using other topical treamtments such as NSAID gels or creams shouldnt use flexiseq at the same time.
