What are Dalivit Drops?
Dalivit Drops are a multivitamin preparation to maintain healthy growth and development in babies from 6 months and children. The drops contain 7 essential vitamins for the prevention of vitamin deficiency.
The vitamins we need are usually provided by a balanced and varied diet. Children in particular have higher vitamin requirements and these may not be met by diet, as they are generally a lot fussier. If any essential vitamins are absent from the food we eat for long periods of time, poor growth or certain deficiency diseases can occur.
What are the vitamins Davilit contains?
Fat-soluble vitamins:
A and D (ergocalciferol)
Water soluble vitamins:
C (ascorbic acid), B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B6 (pyridoxine) and nicotinamide (niacin).
What will these vitamins help with:

The development of bones, teeth, and skin and the prevention of rickets.

Helps develop healthy blood, gums, and cartilage and also aids iron absorption.

Do not use Dalivit if you or your child are allergic to any of the ingredients in this medicine.

Do not use it if you suffer from Hypercalcaemia (too much calcium in the blood).

Do not use if you are pregnant or may become pregnant, or if you are breastfeeding.

Do not take vitamins A and D excessively at the same time, from other sources, e.g. cod liver oil.

Do not exceed the stated dose.

Keep the bottle in the outer carton in order to protect it from the light.
