Benadryl Allergy Relief Capsules are a fast-acting antihistamine used for the symptomatic relief of allergic rhinitis, including hay fever, and chronic idiopathic urticaria.

Each capsule contains Acrivastine 8mg, making Benadryl the only brand to use this active ingredient. Acrivastine works quickly and can provide relief within 15 minutes, making it suitable for sudden or short-lived allergy attacks.

The flexible dosing allows the capsules to be taken as required, up to three times a day. This makes them suitable for people affected by dust and pet allergies, as well as hay fever sufferers who may need relief during peak pollen times in the morning and evening.

How To Use

Adults and children aged 12 to 65 years:
Take one capsule as needed, up to three times daily.

Do not take more than three capsules in 24 hours.

Not recommended for adults over 65 years or for children under 12 years.

Other Ingredients: Lactose, Sodium Starch Glycollate, Magnesium Stearate, Gelatin, Colouring (E171), Purified Water

Caution

Do not take if you have ever had an allergic reaction to this product, any of its ingredients, or the antihistamine triprolidine
Do not take if you have kidney disease

Speak to your GP or pharmacist before taking if:

• You are taking sedatives or tranquillisers
• You are taking ketoconazole or erythromycin
• You are taking any other medicines

Do not drink grapefruit juice while taking this medicine
Not recommended during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding
Not recommended for adults over 65 years
Not recommended for children under 12 years

This medicine may cause drowsiness. If affected, do not drive or operate machinery
Keep out of the sight and reach of children
