Allevia Hives Tablets are formulated specifically for the relief of hives (urticaria) in adults. Each tablet contains fexofenadine hydrochloride 180mg, a non-drowsy antihistamine that works by blocking the effects of histamine, the substance responsible for allergic skin reactions. Taken once daily, Allevia Hives helps reduce itching and visible skin symptoms associated with hives without causing sedation, allowing you to carry on with normal daily activities.

Caution

Do not use if you are allergic to fexofenadine or any of the other ingredients. Not suitable for children under 18 years. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have kidney problems, or are taking other medicines. If symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical advice. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Allevia is unlikely to affect your ability to drive or operate machinery. However, you should check that these tablets do not make you feel sleepy or dizzy before operating machinery or driving.

Ingredients

Each film-coated tablet contains 180mg of fexofenadine hydrochloride. 

Povidone, pregelatinised maize starch, titanium dioxide, iron oxide (E172), microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, Macrogol 400.
