YPV Vitamin D3 400iu Tablets are a Vitamin D food supplement. How do I take YPV Vitamin D3 400Iu Tablets?
 

Dosage:

Take ONE tablet daily, preferably at mealtime. 
 

Some medication such as cholestyramine, colestipol, mineral oil and orlistat (weightloss medication) can decrease the absorption of Vitamin D and therefore should be taken at least 2 hours apart or maybe even leave taking your vitamin D until bedtime. Talk to your GP or pharmacist if you are unsure.

What are the side effects of YPV Vitamin D3 400Iu Tablets?

Vitamin D taken at normal doses usually has no side effects but if you experience any reaction such as itching, swelling, dizziness or trouble breathing then stop taking and get medical attention straight away.
