SolpaOne 1000mg Effervescent Paracetamol Tablets

What is SolpaOne 1000mg Effervescent Paracetamol?

SolpaOne 1000mg soluble tablets are the maximum dose of paracetamol in one tablet. Dissolved in a glass of water, this may effectively treat mild to moderate pain or fever. 

This medicine should only be used in adults and adolescents over 50kg of weight and 16 years or above. 

Adults and adolescents over 16 years 

Take 1 tablet (1000mg) every 4 to 6 hours, up to a maximum of 4 tablets (4000mg) in 24 hours.

Maximum daily dose: Do not take more than 4 effervescent tablets per day. Take only one tablet at a time.

If the pain persists for more than 3 days or the fever lasts for more than 3 days, or gets worse or other symptoms appear, you should stop the treatment and consult your doctor.

How To Take SolpaOne 1000mg Effervescent Paracetamol Tablets

Dissolve one tablet in a glass of water and make sure it is fully dissolved before swallowing. You can take one tablet every 4-6 hours, and no more than 4 tablets in a 24 hour period.

Before You Take This Medicine

• Contains paracetamol
• Do not take anything else containing paracetamol while taking this medicine
• Talk to a doctor at once if you take too much of this medicine even if you feel well
• Please read the patient information leaflet carefully
• Do not take more medicine than the label tells you to. If you do not get better, talk to your doctor. 
• Taking higher doses than recommended can cause serious liver damage. Do not use SolpaOne unless prescribed by your doctor if you have an addiction to alcohol or liver damage or if you are concomitantly taking other pain medication containing paracetamol

Like all medicines, SolpaOne 1000mg Soluble Paracetamol Tablets may cause side effects in some people, but these won’t affect everybody. Common side effects include: 

• Drowsiness and tiredness
• Rashes 
• Itching

Serious side effects

Seek emergency medical attention if you notice any signs of a severe allergic reaction, symptoms of which include swelling of the face and throat, skin rash, breathing difficulties, and/or loss of consciousness.
