How do I use Sterimar Breathe Easy Daily 50ml Solution?

For easy breathing and to moisturise the nasal lining:

Keep the head straight, and gently insert the nozzle in the nostril.

Spray once or twice in each nostril and wait for the spray to take effect. Clear the nostrils by blowing gently to remove congestion.

Use 2 to 6 times a day for as long as needed or as long as your doctor recommends.
