Anthisan Cream - 25g

Anthisan Cream is used for the relief of symptoms caused by insect bites, insect stings and stinging nettle rash. It helps reduce pain, itching and inflammation associated with these skin reactions.

The cream contains an antihistamine which works by blocking histamine, a chemical released by the body during an allergic reaction that causes redness, swelling and itching.

Anthisan Cream is suitable for adults and children aged 2 years and over and is intended for short-term use on small areas of affected skin.

How To Use

Apply directly to the site of the insect bite, insect sting or stinging nettle rash.
Use as soon as possible after the bite or sting for best results.

Adults and children aged 2 years and over:
Apply two to three times a day for up to three days.

Active Ingredient: Mepyramine Maleate 2% w/w

Other Ingredients: Ceto-Stearyl Alcohol, Polyethylene Glycol 600 Monostearate, Castor Oil, Methyldroxybenzoate, Foin Coupí© (Fragrance), Silicone Antifoam, Purified Water

Caution

Not suitable for children under 2 years old
Keep out of the sight and reach of children

Do not use if:

• You are allergic to any of the ingredients
• You have had an allergic reaction to this cream before
• Your skin is affected by eczema
• The skin is cut or grazed
• Your skin has been affected by the sun
• You are applying it to a large area of skin

Speak to your GP or pharmacist before use if:

You are pregnant or breastfeeding

Side Effects

Stop using Anthisan Cream and seek medical advice immediately if you notice signs of an allergic reaction, including rash, difficulty breathing or swallowing, or swelling of the lips, face, throat or tongue.

Stop using the cream and speak to a pharmacist if you notice increased redness, swelling or itching at the application site, as this may indicate a mild allergic reaction.

If severe side effects occur, stop use and seek medical advice.
