Orders placed before 4pm can be delivered the same day, subject to postcode and product availability. Deliveries are typically made between 5pm and midnight, with prices starting from just £9.99.

All orders are sent in discreet, unbranded packaging, so your privacy is protected from dispatch through to delivery.

How it works

To qualify for same-day delivery, your order must be placed before 4pm.

Deliveries take place between 5pm and midnight. If your delivery is expected to arrive at 10:30pm or later, our driver will text or call to let you know.

Delivery instructions

If you will not be available to accept your order personally, and would like us to leave your parcel in a safe place or post it through your door, please contact customer support in advance with specific details.

For safety reasons, we will only put a package through the letterbox if you have explicitly asked us to do so.

Yes, if you live in the postcode areas covered above, same-day delivery for NHS prescriptions is available for free. All other NHS prescriptions are sent via Royal Mail. Please call us to let us know your preferred delivery option.
