The active ingredient in Senocalm is simethicone. This fights against the painful cramps, spasms and general pressure on the stomach that you feel when you have IBS.
It works by reducing the gas bubbles in the stomach that form with irritable bowel syndrome, it forms larger bubbles that will allow you to pass stools in an easier, more natural way.
