Curanail Loceryl (Amorolfine 5%) Nail Lacquer

Loceryl nail lacquer is used to treat fungal infections. It contains amorolfine which is an antifungal medicine that kills fungi and yeast.

Loceryl damages the cell membrane allowing the infection to clear up after a number of treatments.

The lacquer is resistant to soap and water allowing the medication to seep into the nail bed and treat the infection.

Loceryl should be applied once or twice a week.

Loceryl fungal nail lacquer is specially formulated to treat fungal nail infections.

The active ingredient amorolfine penetrates the cell membrane and weakens it.

This causes the main components of the infection to leave the cell. Eventually, the infection dies and the treatment continues to provide further protection from infections.

Loceryl lacquer effectively treats fungal nail infections because it is soup and water resistant. This protection results in the medication being able to settle in the nail bed without being washed away.

Apply the treatment is simple using the special applicator cap. Loceryl should be applied to the affected area once or twice a week.

Loceryl is a topical treatment and must not be ingested.

Make sure the contents of the box are easily accessible; Loceryl nail lacquer, nail cleaning pad and applicator cap.

  1. File the surface of the infected nail using the nail file. (Do not use the nail file on healthy nails).
  2. Clean the nail with the cleaning pad (Don’t throw it away).
  3. Apply the Loceryl treatment using the applicator cap.
  4. Wipe excess liquid away from the bottle and put the lid on tightly.
  5. Allow the treatment to dry for up to five minutes.
  6. Repeat steps 3foror subsequent applications.
  7. Artificial nails are not to be used for this treatment.

For further information read the instructions included in Loceryl packet.

Do not use nail polish or artificial nails while using this product and you should wear protective gloves if handling organic solvents or the lacquer will be removed.
