The premixed sachets contain a gentle sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate blend that helps wash away allergens, mucus, and irritants such as pollen, dust, animal dander, and environmental particles.

How to Use

Mix one sachet with the recommended volume of warm boiled or distilled water in a clean nasal irrigation bottle. Stand over a sink with your head tilted, gently squeeze the bottle to allow the saline solution to flow through one nostril and out the other or mouth. Do not swallow the solution. Blow your nose gently afterwards.

Caution

Not suitable for anyone under 18 years unless directed by a healthcare professional.
Do not use if nasal passages are completely blocked.
Do not use if you have an ear infection or blocked ears.
Contact your doctor prior to use if you have had recent ear or sinus surgery.
Only mix sachets with properly prepared distilled, boiled (then cooled) or commercially bottled water to avoid irritation or infection.
Use with a compatible nasal irrigation bottle or device only.
