How Do Nasal Strips Work?

Nasal strips are small, flexible adhesive strips that are applied across the bridge of the nose. The strips gently lift the sides of the nose, widening the nasal passages and increasing airflow.  Helpful for congestion caused by colds, allergies or a deviated septum. 

Do Nasal Strips Help With Snoring?

Nasal strips can help limit snoring by opening the nasal passages, which makes it easier to breathe during sleep. They are most effective when snoring is caused by nasal congestion, allergies, a cold, or a deviated septum.

How do I use Nasal Strips? 

Always read the information provided on the box and/or leaflet.

1. Wash and dry your nose to help the strip to stick.
2. Remove from the wrapper.
3. Peel away the first silicone flap and stick to the side of the nose, then repeat with the second silicone flap, ensuring the plaster is firmly secured to the nose by hand.

Possible Side Effects:

If you have any severe side effects, stop use immediately and seek medical assistance as soon as possible.

Warnings and precautions:

• For external and single use only.
• Do not use it on sores, sunburnt or irritated skin.
• Do not use more than 12 hours per day.
• Not indicated for children under 5 years of age.
• Do not use it to treat sleep apnoea.
• Do not use it if there are known allergies to the dressing or any of its components. If a rash or skin irritation occurs, discontinue use. Strip packaging contains natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions.
• Keep out of children’s reach.
