What is Optifibre? 

OptiFibre® is a clinically proven, soluble dietary fibre made from partially hydrolysed guar gum (PHGG) that supports digestive health in a natural and effective way.

Designed for the dietary management of intestinal transit disorders, it helps relieve chronic constipation by activating gut motility and rebalancing the intestinal flora. Suitable for everyday use, this neutral-flavoured powder blends seamlessly into both hot and cold drinks or soft foods without changing their taste, aroma, or texture. It’s gluten-free, lactose-free, and contains no added sugars – making it a gentle and safe option for long-term digestive support.

OptiFibre® is also suitable for PEG tube administration and comes in convenient single-serve sachets (5g x 16 sachets).

How to Use: 

Mix one 5g scoop or sachet into your choice of hot or cold liquid or soft/purified food. Stir until fully dissolved. Consume once daily and adjust as needed, up to a maximum of 32g fibre per day. Must be used under medical supervision.
