Heat draws more blood to the surface along with oxygen and nutrients which can provide targeted relief. Use the handy rollder ball to massage into the effected area to soften muscle knots, relax the muscles and feel the benefits.

Aqua, Propylene Glycol, Dimethicone, Cetearyl alcohol, Glyceryl stearate, Paraffinum Liquidum, Sorbitan stearate, Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf Oil, Vanillyl Butyl Ether, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Lauryl Sulphate, Limonene, Linalool

Twist cap to remove lid.

Massage onto required area. On first application apply sparingly as people may experience warmth differently.

If stronger effect is desired, reapply as necessary.

Use as required. Replace cap after use.
