Otrivine Blocked Nose Relief Spray is a nasal decongestant designed to relieve a blocked or stuffy nose. It is commonly used to ease congestion associated with colds, sinusitis, hay fever, and allergic or perennial rhinitis.

The spray works by reducing swelling in the blood vessels inside the nose, helping to open the nasal passages and make breathing easier. Relief usually begins within minutes and can last for up to 10 hours.

How to Use

Adults and children over 12 years:
One spray into each nostril, 2 to 3 times daily.

Children under 12 years:
Not to be used.

Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days.

Active ingredient: xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.1% w/v

Other ingredients: hypromellose, sodium chloride, sodium phosphate, sodium acid phosphate, disodium edetate, benzalkonium chloride, and purified water.
