What is Vitabiotics Ultra Ashwagandha?

Ultra Ashwagandha from Vitabiotics is a high-strength, one-a-day food supplement tablet. It contains Ashwagandha root extract and vitamin B6. Each tablet provides 600mg of Ashwagandha root extract, equivalent to 6,000mg of Ashwagandha, and supplies 42mg of withanolides.

Ashwagandha can help support relaxation and mental and physical wellbeing. The addition of vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and contributes to normal psychological function. Ultra Ashwagandha is suitable for vegans and contains no yeast, preservatives or artificial colours.
