Almased Nutritional Meal Replacement for Weight Control 500g

Being a natural product, Almased has a very neutral taste and can be prepared in many different ways. Whether you like it sweet, fruity or savoury, there are no limits to how you flavour your shake. This ensures Almased doesn’t get boring and you can adapt your shakes to suit your personal taste.

Dissolve 50g (5 heaped tablespoons) of Almased powder with 200-350ml of water or 200ml of low-fat milk or unsweetened soya or almond milk.

Next, as an option, you can add 2 tsps of essential oils rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Rapeseed, olive, flaxseed or walnut oil are all recommend.

Since Almased contains no artificial flavours, feel free to add ingredients such as unsweetened cocoa powder, cinnamon or vanilla and almond extract to taste.

Pour your shake into a glass, consume cold and within 20 minutes of preparation....Enjoy!
