How to Use

Dissolve one sachet in a small glass of cold water or juice, or take directly into the mouth for an orange sherbet-style sensation.

Take just before or just after a meal.

Every day use: One sachet per day.
If required: Two sachets may be taken, taking into account the increased nutrient intake. Caution should be taken when increasing your dose large amounts of Vitamin C can cause stomach upset in some individuals. Be aware of the increase in all nutrients when taking a larger dose.
