What is Buttercup Bronchostop Syrup?

Buttercup Bronchostop Syrup is a traditional herbal cough syrup that is helpful for the relief of coughs.

Chesty, tickly, or dry, Bronchostop will have you covered.

Using Marshmallow root extract and Thyme extract the syrup uses traditional methods to relieve coughs.

A cough usually isn’t anything to worry about and will clear up by itself within a couple of weeks. Cough syrups can help to ease your cough by soothing your throat, helping you to cough less until it’s cleared up altogether.

Warnings and Precautions

• Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
• Read the package leaflet before use.
• Do not use it if the expiration date printed on the carton has passed.

DO NOT USE IF:

• You are pregnant or breastfeeding. (If you’re suffering from an annoying cough during these times ask your GP or pharmacist)
• Under the age of 12.
• You are allergic to marshmallow root, thyme, or other plants from the Lamiaceae family, such as basil, rosemary, sage, or any of the other listed ingredients.

Speak to your GP or pharmacist before use if:

• You have an underlying medical problem or are taking any other medicine or complementary therapy. 

Ingredients

Active substances: 120 mg of extract (as dry extract) from Thyme herb (Thymus vulgaris L. and Thymus zygis L., herb) (DER 7-13:1) Extraction solvent: water. 830 mg of extract (as liquid extract) from Marshmallow root (Althaea o cinalis L.) (DER 12-14:1) Extraction solvent: water.

The other ingredients are Maltodextrin, Acacia (E414), Xylitol (E967), Methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E218), Raspberry juice concentrate, Xanthan gum, Citric acid monohydrate, Propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E216), Raspberry aroma flavoring (synthetic and natural flavorings, propylene glycol (E1520)), and Purified water.

How do I use Buttercup Bronchostop Syrup?

Dosage:

Adults and children over the age of 12 years:

Take THREE 5ml spoonfuls (15ml) of syrup to be taken every 4 hours, FOUR times a day.

If required a maximum of 6 doses (90ml) can be taken per day.

What are the side effects of Buttercup Bronchostop Syrup?

Serious side effects stop using immediately and seek medical assistance including: 

• Swelling of the lips, tongue, face, or throat
• Difficulty swallowing or breathing
• Skin rash

Other side effects you may experience while taking this product include:

• Stomach disorders.
