Exorex Lotion 250ml: Things you need to know

 

Coal tar has mild antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effects, and relieves itching. It is also absorbed into the skin cells and is thought to inhibit DNA replication in these cells. This slows down cell division and stops the cells from multiplying excessively. In turn, this reduces the thickening and scaling of the skin.

Apply Exorex® Lotion 2 or 3 times a day to those areas of the body affected by psoriasis. Do not be concerned if some of the lotions come into contact with surrounding areas of unaffected skin. The right amount should dry your skin in about 2 minutes. Once dry, apply a compatible moisturiser such as Exorex® Moisturising Cream to the same areas.
