What is the active ingredient in Dermatonics Once Heel Balm and what does it do?

This balm contains 25% urea, which is a natural moisturiser, which hydrates the skin, penetrates the stratum corneum, and aids the absorption of other ingredients.

Free of parabens and contains hypo-allergenic perfume.
