ProVen For Women is a one-capsule-per-day food supplement formulated specifically for women, combining 17.5 billion live bacteria along with cranberry extract and vitamin B6. What is Proven Biotics for Women?

Proven Biotics for Women is a food supplement that provides selected live bacterial strains formulated to support the female microbiome. Take once daily with food. Proven Biotics for Women also includes supporting ingredients, such as cranberry extract or vitamin B6. Proven also contains Lactobacillus gasseri and Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium strains.

How much vitamin B6 does a woman need each day?

In the UK, the Government’s recommended daily intake of vitamin B6 for adults is 1.4 mg per day for women. This value reflects the amount required to support normal physiological functions, including assisting with the regulation of hormonal activity.

Key Points

High-strength probiotic dose – Delivers 17.5 billion CFU of live bacteria per capsule, encompassing five strains, including three Lactobacillus and two Bifidobacterium.  

Female-specific bacterial strains – Contains two strains of Lactobacillus acidophilus and one strain of Lactobacillus gasseri, selected for their relevance to the vaginal flora. 

Includes cranberry extract – Contains 100 mg of cranberry fruit extract (equivalent to 3,600 mg of fresh cranberries) per capsule.  

Vitamin B6 for hormone support – Provides 1.4 mg (100% UK NRV) of vitamin B6 per capsule, supporting the regulation of hormonal activity.  

Vegan and refrigeration-free – Supplied in a vegetable capsule shell, suitable for vegetarians and vegans, free from dairy, gluten, and GMOs, and does not require refrigeration.

Direction of Use

As a food supplement for adults, take one capsule daily with food.

If required, the dose may be increased to two capsules per day - there may be times of the month when an increased supplemental dose might be deemed desirable. 

Do not exceed the stated dose. Store in a cool, dry place. 

Suitable during pregnancy.

Always take it alongside food.
