For adults and children aged 16 and over

Take 2 tablets - that's 100mg of caffeine, equivalent to 1 cup of strong coffee. 
Can be taken with or without water.

Wait 45 mins for it to kick in
Do not take more than 2 tablets in 3 hours

You can take up to 8 tablets a day - which is 400mg of caffeine. Be careful not to exceed the recommended dose with carbonated drinks or coffee.
