Otrivine Extra Dual Relief Nasal Spray is used to relieve nasal congestion with a runny nose caused by colds, hay fever, and sinus congestion. It starts to work within two minutes and provides relief for up to six hours.
The dual-action formula contains xylometazoline, which reduces swelling in the nasal passages to ease congestion, and ipratropium bromide, which helps reduce excessive nasal secretions. This combination helps restore easier breathing while controlling a runny nose. The spray is intended for short-term use only.
Otrivine Extra Dual Relief Nasal Spray does not require a prescription. However, a short questionnaire may be required so a pharmacist can review your order and confirm that the product is suitable for you.
