Naprosyn Pain Relief 250mg Gastro-resistant Tablet - 9 Tablets: Things you need to know

Naprosyn Pain Relief 250Mg Gastro-Resistant Tablet - 9 Tablets

Naprosyn Pain Relief 250mg Gastro-resistant Tablets contain naproxen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug for the short term relief of muscular and joint pain in adults aged 18 to 50 years. The gastro-resistant coating helps protect the stomach by allowing the tablet to dissolve further down the digestive tract. These tablets are intended for short courses of treatment lasting no longer than three days.

Can you take paracetamol with naproxen?

Paracetamol can generally be taken with naproxen because they work in different ways, and this combination is often used for short term pain relief. However, Naprosyn Pain Relief 250mg Gastro-resistant Tablets should still be taken exactly as directed, and other anti-inflammatory painkillers should be avoided at the same time.

Also Available

Nurofen 300mg Long Lasting Pain Relief Capsules

Almus Ibuprofen and Codeine

Key Points

Targeted musculoskeletal relief - Naproxen helps reduce pain, swelling, and inflammation in muscles, joints, and soft tissues.

Suitable for sprains and strains - Provides relief from common soft tissue injuries and overuse discomfort.

Gastro-resistant coating - Designed to reduce direct stomach irritation by releasing the medicine beyond the stomach.

Short term adult use - Intended for adults aged 18 to 50 years for up to three days only.

Structured dosing schedule - Uses an initial higher dose followed by lower maintenance doses for effective short term relief.

Direction of Use

On day one, take two tablets initially, followed by one tablet 6 to 8 hours later if needed. On days two and three, take one tablet every 6 to 8 hours as required, up to a maximum of three tablets in 24 hours. Swallow tablets whole with water, preferably with or after food. Do not crush or chew. Do not use for more than three days.
