Conotrane can also be a treatment for the nappy rash to protect the skin from moisture, irritants, and chafing. This cream forms a thin layer over the skin which protects and promotes the healing of the skin.

Conotrane cream contains two active ingredients: dimeticone and benzalkonium chloride.
Silicone fluid is a water-repellent. When applied to the skin it creates a barrier between the skin and water or any other water-soluble skin irritants.
An antiseptic that is effective against a wide range of bacteria and yeast (fungal) infections, that are often present with nappy rash.
This cream forms a thin layer over the skin which protects and promotes the healing of the skin.
Benzalkonium chloride, dimeticone, cetostearyl alcohol, macrogol cetostearyl ether, white soft paraffin, light liquid paraffin, macrogol, potassium dihydrogen orthophosphate, geranium, and water.
Apply the cream to the affected area several times a day when needed.
