What is MooGoo Magnesium Moisturiser?

MooGoo Natural Magnesium Moisturiser, also known as Muscle Magic, combines a high concentration of Magnesium Chloride with a moisturising base and skin preservation system. The lightweight formula is designed to deliver Magnesium while helping to soothe and hydrate dry or irritable skin. Suitable for use across the body, including the face. The moisturiser contains skin-conditioning ingredients including Sweet Almond Oil, Coconut Oil and naturally sourced Vitamin E. The formula is free from Parabens and Phenoxyethanol.

Ingredients in MooGoo Natural Moisturiser:

Magnesium Chloride

Magnesium Chloride is a salt, a water-soluble compound that can be extracted from salt water. This salt is used in electrolyte form for improved absorption compared to regular Magnesium Chloride oil.

Sweet Almond Oil

Sweet Almond Oil is used to nourish irritated and dry skin. It’s high in minerals and vitamins, and in fatty acids that help repair and support skin.

Coconut Oil

Coconut Oil is rich in a crystalline fatty acid called Lauric Acid and medium-chain fatty acids; these provide soothing properties. Coconut Oil is naturally antibacterial and antifungal, and it is used as a nourishing moisturiser that can also penetrate skin and hair more effectively.

Tocopherol

This is a natural Vitamin E included in the moisturiser. 

All Ingredients:

Aqua, Magnesium Chloride, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Cetearyl Alcohol (Plant-Based Emulsifying Wax), Cetearyl Glucoside, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Capric/Caprylic Triglyceride (Silky Natural Ester), Piroctone Olamine (Natural Salt), Xanthan Gum, Sodium Gluconate, Sodium Lauroyl Glutamate, Sodium Dehydroacetate, Tocopherol (Natural Vitamin E), Citric Acid (to balance pH).

Apply to damp skin after washing. Apply the moisturiser as often as required. Avoid applying to open cuts, scratches or broken skin, as this may cause stinging. Avoid contact with the eyes, nostrils and mouth. Store below 30˚C.

Can you apply Magnesium Moisturiser to the face?

Yes, you can apply MooGoo Magnesium Moisturiser all over the body. Due to the high level of magnesium, you should always patch test first, then start with the body before slowly working up and introducing the Magnesium to the face. 

Patch test for allergies before use. If you have any severe side effects, stop use immediately and seek medical assistance as soon as possible.

Make sure to avoid open cuts, scratches or broken skin, as well as your eyes, nostrils and mouth, as Magnesium can cause stinging in those areas.
