What are Durex Extended Pleasure Condoms?

How do extended pleasure condoms work?

These condoms for lasting longer feature a special Performa lubricant inside the tip of the condom. This contains a mild local anaesthetic called benzocaine, which helps desensitise the tip of the penis slightly, slowing down excitement to help delay climax and prolong intimacy.

Performa™ Silicone lubricant contains benzocaine 5%, a local anaesthetic to help him last longer.

Can climax control condoms reduce sensitivity?

Climax control condoms are intentionally designed to temporarily reduce peak sensitivity on the most sensitive areas of the skin, giving you greater control over your timing without diminishing the overall pleasure of the experience.

Are these condoms lubricated?

These condoms are fully lubricated. They contain standard silicone lubricant on the outer surface to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for both partners, alongside the specialised desensitising lubricant enclosed strictly on the inside tip.

Pre-lubed inside, but you can use any Durex lubricants with these condoms to make sex more sensual and comfortable. However, if you want to use any other lubricants with these condoms, please read the information that comes with your lube to make sure it’s safe to use with latex condoms before use.

Are delay condoms safe?

Delay condoms are perfectly safe for regular use. They are manufactured to the same rigorous safety standards as all standard Durex condoms, providing reliable protection against unplanned pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

These condoms are designed for vaginal sex, but if you’re planning on using them for oral or anal sex, you should read the information leaflet carefully before use. The lube included in these products contains a mild numbing agent which may affect things such as oral sex.

How do I use Durex Extended Pleasure Condoms?

• Tear the condom wrapper without damaging the condom, and avoid opening it with sharp fingernails, jewellery, or body piercings.
• Check the roll side and use it accordingly.y
• Squeeze the teat end of the condom so that no air is trapped inside while wearing.
• While squeezing the teat, place it on the tip of the penis and roll the condom down with your other hand

After use:

• Remove the condom
• Wrap it in tissue and put it in the bin
• Avoid flushing the condom down the toilet

 Important:

1. No condoms are 100% effective at preventing pregnancy or STIs on their own. (They are 98% effective at preventing unwanted pregnancy, meaning that only 2 out of 100 women who use condoms as their only method of contraception will fall pregnant).

What are the side effects of Durex Extended Pleasure Condoms?

Possible side effects:

Rashes, irritation, burning or itching.

Use one condom only once. Avoid using the product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in it.

Warnings and Precautions

• Do not use it if you are allergic to latex or benzocaine. (If you experience any irritation while using this product, stop use. If irritation persists, speak to your doctor or pharmacist).
• Do not use it if you or your partner have inflamed or broken skin.
• Do not use this product if the expiry date printed on the original packaging has passed.
• Condoms are not to be reused; discard used condoms and always use a new one.
