Almus Glucosamine Sulphate 500mg with Vitamin C is a dietary supplement designed to support joint health and mobility. The combination of Glucosamine Sulphate and Vitamin C works together to promote collagen formation and joint function.

How to take:

• Adults and children over 12: Swallow one to three tablets daily, with a meal.
• Swallow whole, do not chew or crush.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
