How long do you take Symprove for?
The recommended initial course is one dose (70ml) a day for 12 weeks to see any benefits and assess if the product is right for you. You can then either:
- continue to take the same daily dose
- reduce your dose if you’ve seen results and want to continue
- cycle your dose (take for 12 weeks yearly or after antibiotics/when needed)
- stop taking Symprove
If you stop taking the supplement, be aware that gut health may revert over time. Continuing to eat healthy foods and supplementing your gut health with dietary changes can offer longer lasting results.
