What is Doublebase Once 24 Hour Hydration Gel?

Forms a long-lasting protective layer that locks in moisture and reduces water loss from the skin. Helpful for dry and chapped skin, including those with eczema, psoriasis and ichthyosis.

Often used alongside topical treatments for eczema and psoriasis.

Ingredients

Isopropyl Myristate, Liquid Paraffin, Glycerol, Steareth-21, Macrogol Stearyl Ether (a soap substitute), Ethylhexylglycerin, 1,2-Hexanediol, Caprylyl Glycol, Povidone, Trolamine, Carbomer, Purified Water.

Gently smooth Doublebase Once emollient gel over and around all dry skin areas once daily or as often as needed.

Doublebase Once emollient gel can also be used as a soap substitute for washing, in order to prevent further drying of the skin.

The humectants in Doublebase Once help to hold water in the skin. They also form the Triple Action Protective System (T.A.P.S.) so that more commonly used preservatives are not required. This may be preferable for those who are particularly sensitive to conventional preservatives.

Fire Hazard: Do not smoke or go near naked flames. Clothing and bedding with this product dried on them can catch fire more easily.

Do not use in cases of known sensitivity to any of the ingredients. For external use only. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Do not store above 25°C. Do not freeze.
