What is Bio-Kult S. Boulardii?

Bio-Kult S. Boulardii is a live yeast supplement designed to support both digestive health and the immune system. It contains the Saccharomyces boulardii live yeast strain, combined with vitamin D3, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system, complements your gut bacteria and may help those suffering from IBS and Cramps.

What is Saccharomyces Boulardii?

Saccharomyces boulardii is a live yeast that supports digestive health. Unlike many probiotics, which contain bacteria, S. boulardii is a yeast. It passes through the digestive system without permanently staying in the gut.

Ingredients:

Live yeast strain: Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-3799

Live yeast culture, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Preplex® (gum acacia and fructo-oligosaccharide), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). May contain milk.

Vitamin D3 5µg (20% NRV)

Swallow the capsules whole or sprinkle them into your cool food or drink.

• Adults and children 12+: Take 1-2 capsules daily, with food.
• Children 3–11 years: Give 1 capsule daily, with food.

When taking antibiotics or travelling: Take 4 capsules a day. (2 capsules a day for children between 3–11). Continue for 2 weeks once your antibiotics course finishes and 1 week after you return from travelling.
