Hylo-Forte is a sterile, phosphate-free, and preservative-free eye drop.
This is used for persistent dry eye sensations, including treatment after surgical procedures.
The typical recommendation is to use one drop in each affected eye three times a day. You can use the drops more often if needed for symptom relief, but if you find you need to use them more than about 10 times a day, you should consult a healthcare professional.
Hylo Forte is preservative-free and can be used long-term if required. Many people use it regularly for persistent dry eye symptoms without any issues. However, if your symptoms do not improve or become worse, seek advice from an optician or doctor.
Once opened, Hylo Forte eye drops can be used for up to 6 months, provided the bottle has been stored correctly and is not damaged. After this period, you should discard the bottle.
