Thermoskin Arm Sling: Things you need to know

Place the injured arm in the blue pouch with the strap running behind the back and crossing over the shoulder on the opposite side of the neck to the injured arm.

Thread the end strap through the metal loops, the position should pad and affix shoulder strap length so that the arm is resting in a comfortable position.
