What are Health Aid Vitamin E 1000Iu Capsules? 

Health Aid Vitamin E works as a natural powerful antioxidant, which helps combat free radical damage to the body. These capsules are also used to support vital nutrients such as Vitamin A and unsaturated fatty acids from oxidative damage.

What is Oxidation?

Oxidation of cells is a process connected to cellular ageing, which can bring harm to the body. Vitamin E may help to maintain a healthy heart, support red blood cells and nourish the skin.

How do I take Health Aid Vitamin E 1000Iu Capsules?

Dosage:

Adults and children over 12 years of age, one capsule daily after food. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.

What are the side effects of Health Aid Vitamin E 1000Iu Capsules?

• You may experience mild side effects like diarrhoea and stomach pain.
• Overdose or use for a prolonged period should be avoided.
