Directions for use 

• Use the scoop provided to measure out two level scoops per day (200mg).
• Mix the powder into a small amount of expressed breast milk and shake until fully blended.
• Do not add to hot milk.
• If preferred, you can gently apply the powder to a clean finger and allow your baby to suck it off until the full daily amount has been taken.
