Otinova Ear Spray

Otinova Ear Spray is a treatment for ear canal inflammation, also known as otitis externa or swimmer's ear. It helps relieve itching while providing antibacterial and antifungal properties to support the treatment of external ear infections. Unlike many treatments, Otinova is free from antibiotics and cortisone.

The easy-to-use spray delivers the solution directly into the ear canal, helping it reach the affected area. It is suitable for adults and children aged 5 years and over and can also be used to help manage ear canal inflammation associated with swimmer's ear to stop an itchy inner ear.

Ingredients:

Aluminium acetate, aluminium acetotartrate, acetic acid, water, pH 3.5. 15 ml.

How do I use Otinova Ear Spray?

Always read the information provided on the box and/or leaflet.

Place the tip of the nozzle into your ear canal and pump once or twice. This is to be done in the morning and evening. When using it for the first time, pump the spray until a fine mist comes out.
 

Do not use Otinova® for more than 7 days continuously. Children under 5 years of age should not use Otinova® without a doctor’s supervision.

If you do not see a significant improvement of symptoms after 1-3 days, consult with your doctor.

The product should not be used if the eardrum is perforated or if it has been fitted with a drainage tube or ‘grommet’.

If you have any severe side effects, stop use immediately and seek medical assistance as soon as possible.

A temporary stinging sensation and/or local irritation has been reported with the use of Otinova. Long-term use or overdosing may result in salt precipitation in the ear canal and dehydration of the localised area.
