How do I use CB12 Original Mint Mouthwash?

Directions:

Use the lid and fill with 10 ml, only to the top of the inner cup. Rinse for 60 seconds in the morning or evening to enjoy pleasant breath for 16 hours. CB12 Mouthwash is recommended for daily use from the age of 12.
