How do I use Vitality CBD 1200Mg Oral Spray Berry Flavour?

Not suitable for people under the age of 18 years old. 

Shake well before using.

Using the spray nozzle, apply the CBD oil directly beneath the tongue and hold for at least 90 seconds until fully absorbed.

Use approximately 6 sprays in the morning and 6 sprays in the evening.

1 spray (0.14ml) = 2.8mg CBD

12 sprays (1.68ml) = 70mg CBD

Total of 3.5ml per day - equivalent to 70mg CBD

DO NOT exceed 70mg of CBD within 24 hours.
