Infacol Colic Relief Drops 55ml

The specially formulated liquid comes with an intergrated dropper which makes it easier to give to your baby. This product works by joining all of the little gas bubbles together to help your baby bring them up more easily, therefore reducing the symptoms associated with Colic.

Infacol has a progressive effect, which means that it should be given to your baby for several days to achieve the best results. If your baby’s colic hasn’t improved after three to four days you can increase the dosage to two droppers full (1ml).

If symptoms do not improve or get worse, contact your health visitor or family doctor for advice.

Ingredients 

• Simeticone (40mg per 1ml dropper)
• Purified water 
• Hypromellose
• Orange flavor
• Saccharin Sodium
• Methyl Hydroxybenzoate (E218)
• Propyl Hydroxybenzoate (E216)

• First, shake the bottle
• Draw up one dropper full by squeezing the bulb twice, wiping any excess Infacol off the outside of the dropper back into the bottle
• To administer the dose squeeze the bulb and release the liquid onto the back of your baby’s tongue.

Contact a doctor, health visitor, or pharmacist if you have taken or given your baby more than the recommended dose of simethicone.

Taking too much simethicone is not likely to cause any serious problems. However, it may cause headaches, an upset stomach, diarrhea, or constipation.
