What is Eucalyptus Oil?

 

A natural cooling and easing oil with a wide range of uses. 

 

Uses of Eucalyptus oil include:

 

  • Clear your chest
  • Keep the bugs away
  • Disinfect wounds
  • Breathe easy
  • Control blood sugar
  • Soothe cold sores
  • Freshen breath
  • Used for acne due to the antiseptic and antibacterial properties

 

Sprinkle a few drops onto a handkerchief or tissue and inhale the vapours for 5-10 minutes. You can also put a few drops into hot water and carefully inhale the vapour this way instead. 

 

Not suitable for children under 1 year. 

 

Eucalyptus oil should always be used in a carrier oil such as coconut, Almond, Jojoba, and Olive Oil.
